ø

Ø isn't just a letter from the Danish alphabet. It is at the same time the Danish word for island. We use the island as a metaphor for space.

Product suite

Create the Space for Leaders to shift — Think and Do Differently.

Our Product Suite is best in combination. We offer modular solutions — Diagnostics, Impact Tracking, senior and executive Leadership Development, and Executive Transition Support — that can be tailored into a bespoke system for your organization.

The first thing we will ask you is the big why and the intention you have in mind. The impact is the centre of our work, and we design and craft the modular experiences of interviews, inspirations, dialogue, coaching, workshops, experimentation to bring that impactful shift into your system.

Our journey together is a flow: We understand the impact intent together, we work with the leaders/teams and we measure and track the effect along the way. This way, we also become your close partner of continuous improvement and cultural reflective sensemaking on system level. We promise to listen and challenge with equal weight. This means well-proven methods and expertise — yet a customized approach.

We offer a way for senior teams and organizations to significantly shift how they lead in disruptions and complexity. Our custom-designed interventions combine deep experience with a rich portfolio of methods, tailored into developmental labs, journeys, or targeted workshops and team/group coaching — all built to align and mature leadership with the demands of an uncertain future.

Our product isn't just facilitation — it's the intentional design of leadership transformation. We specialize in executive and team enablement, helping leaders develop their future readiness, strategic foresight & future literacy: moving beyond short-term strategy to anticipate and shift to more disruptive preparedness.

This involves unlocking collective wisdom; harnessing group sensemaking, interdependence, and shared courage for bolder decisions. It enables progressive meaning making connecting personal and organizational legacy to broader societal impact and it sharpens critical thinking — on AI in leadership, future-focused strategy, and the evolving practice of leadership itself.

This is created by building a strong feeling of relational trust — fostering deeper collaboration across ecosystems.

  2. Impact measurement

Our work is built on diagnosing through action, co-creating interventions, and embedding impact measurements where it matters and can support.

Thinking & working beyond

The core of Beyønd.

We believe in experience creation which happens in relations. We are going far beyond PowerPoint presentations, classical seating set-up and pleasant conversations in our design and facilitation.

With decades of experience in organizational development across industries and sectors, we are taking new bold steps by offering non-conventional ways of building preparedness and awareness of leadership- and team patterns. We lean on our experience and expertise which we combine with ongoing research — with our close ecosystem partner Dr. Annie Faulkner, we work from evidence-based research to evolve our product suite.

We treat organizations as ongoing patterns of interaction and systemic paradox and complexity rather than controllable systems. Leadership, in our view, is a distributed, relational practice that emerges in those patterns, not a set of traits held by a few individuals. In order to do that, we work within a spectrum of beliefs of what leaders need to engage with to transition themselves.

  • Reflexivity

Build the capacity to move beyond reactive problem-solving towards continuous learning, adaptation, and experimentation.

  • Boldness

Develop the confidence to act decisively while creating a shared culture of responsible risk-taking.

  • Interaction

Shift from individual achievement to collective sense-making, shared ownership, and mutual accountability. Design healthier patterns of interaction by understanding how power, technology, organisational boundaries, and ecosystems shape outcomes.

  • Communication

Create shared understanding by intentionally using dialogue, time, space, and storytelling to align people around a common purpose and collective leadership.

  • Decision-making

Make better decisions by considering multiple possible futures instead of reacting only to present circumstances.

  • Dr. Annie Faulkner

    Dr. Annie Faulkner

    (Advisory Board Member, Eco-System Partner)

Annie Faulkner's practice has emerged from years of standing inside complex, live, often anxious group processes within corporate life. She has worked with global leadership programs, senior public-sector executives, and with large cross industry groups. Rather than applying frameworks or models from outside, Annie takes the wisdom of the room as a starting perspective. Her recent PhD was itself a sustained inquiry into how leadership gets negotiated, in real time, through the relational patterning of a group.

Annie works from the position of complex responsive processes (Stacey et al.) as a way of seeing organisations as ongoing conversations of meaning-making, not structures to be redesigned from above. Her practice in vertical development theory (Kegan, Torbert, Reams) for global groups see leadership not as a ladder clients climb, but as a way of noticing how someone's whole way of making sense of experience is shifting under the pressure of their situation.

Beyønd, built together with Maj Seider, is less a “market position” than an attempt to hold a different quality of relationship with clients. This is specifically about being a close ecosystem partner and advisor to an agency that doesn't collapse into the simplistic mainstream leadership-development logic that Annie has spent her leadership and research career examining critically.

Our impact

Principles in Action.

We are a purpose-driven platform. Our mission is to cultivate conscious, ethical, and future-ready leadership — rooted in societal responsibility and systemic change.

  1. Impact Over Income

We choose work based on positive contribution, not just profit. If we can't deliver meaningful impact, we step away.

  2. Ethical Boundaries

We operate in alignment with our values — even in grey zones. No-go industries and countries are non-negotiable.

  3. Respect for All Resources

From fair wages to sustainable suppliers, we prioritize human and environmental dignity. We avoid exploitative practices, favour local/EU partners, and minimize waste.

  4. Transparency & Ownership

Decisions are made by those closest to the purpose — the owners and the advisory board. Profits serve the mission — reinvested in growth, charity, and climate action.

  5. Vocal Advocacy

We openly share our standards, ensuring partners and clients embrace or are inspired by our purpose — or part ways respectfully.

  6. Travel

We travel by train, electric car and boat. Air travel is extremely rare, justified only by high-impact projects. For long-distance requests, we explore how to activate and collaborate with our global ecosystem partners.

  7. Technology

We use EU-based tools. We collaborate and store our data in Nextcloud (Germany).

  8. Partnerships

Ecosystem partners must mirror our ethical and environmental commitments, or feel strongly inspired to learn from and adapt to them.
